How do I return my jewelry?
Send us an email within 14 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.
We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be declined and returned.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items.
